Thistle Holiday Parks is a consortium of park-owners, who believe strongly in the importance of high standards of facilities and service. They have all been awarded 4 or 5 stars from VisitScotland, the national tourist board.

If you are unhappy about the standards on the park, then we urge you to speak first of all to the park-manager or owner.  If, having done so, you are still unhappy, then contact Quality and Standards at VisitScotland, preferably in writing.
