Nethercraig Holiday Park
Nethercraig Holiday Park is a Visit Scotland 4-star retreat in the heart of the Angus Glens - yet only four miles from the village of Alyth. The park, with well spaced out accommodations, has spectacular views across the Angus countryside. On the border of Angus and Perthshire, it is the perfect base from which to explore the vast area. Due to the rural feel of the park it's hard to believe that Dundee with it's attractions, shops and nightlife is only half an hour away!
There is an abundance of country sports in the local area such as fishing, clay pigeon shooting and horse riding. Not to mention the ample golfing opportunities with two fantastic courses in Alyth, both within a 10 minute drive of the park. There are a further two in Blairgowrie, the next town over - where you can also find a large supermarket and tourist info - and the world renowned courses of St Andrews are under an hour away! Golf enthusiasts can enjoy discounts for local courses, available at reception.
As well as welcoming touring caravans, campers and motorhomes, which have their own sheltered area on the park, we hire out and sell Holiday Homes, luxurious Lodges and Glamping Pods.
Glamping: We now have superb glamping pods! They sleep 4 people (1 double and 2 single beds), with fridge, microwave, television, heater and kettle. There is a porch with a picnic bench. Please bring your own cooking equipment and sleeping bags, towels etc as if you were going camping.Check out our website for more pictures and information. Pets welcome in two of the four pods. Children are welcome; there is a play area, an enclosed play park and a football field for them to play in.
